Lamb & Cooper — Legal
Return Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for products presented on lamb-cooper.com, operated by Lamb & Cooper, 134 Kent Street, Unit 140C, Charlottetown, PE C1A 8R8, Canada (business number 799178769 RT0001).
1. Who sells the product
Lamb & Cooper is an advertising publisher. We do not hold stock, process payments or ship goods. When you click a purchase button on this site you are transferred to the merchant's own store, and the purchase contract is concluded between you and that merchant. The merchant's published return terms govern your order and take precedence over this page in the event of a conflict. This document describes those terms as we understand them at the date of publication and explains how we can help you.
2. Return window
At the time of publication the merchant of the Dreamegg Sunrise Art | Design Edition Sleep & Wake Clock advertises a 60-day return window beginning on the date of delivery, together with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Confirm the current window on the merchant's product page and order confirmation before purchasing, as terms may change without notice.
3. Condition of returned goods
- Items should be returned complete, with the power adapter, cable, manual and any inserts included in the original shipment.
- Retain the original packaging where possible. Goods returned without packaging may be accepted at a reduced refund if their resale value has been reduced.
- You may unpack and test the device to confirm its nature and function, in the same way you would in a physical store. Damage beyond that handling may reduce your refund.
- Products damaged by misuse, liquid ingress, unauthorised repair, incorrect voltage or normal wear are not eligible for a return refund, although warranty cover may still apply to defects.
4. How to start a return
- Locate your order number in the merchant's confirmation email.
- Contact the merchant's customer support through the address given in that email and request a return authorisation.
- Pack the item securely and attach the return label or address supplied to you.
- Keep the tracking number until your refund appears on your statement.
If the merchant does not respond within a reasonable time, contact us at +1 782-377-8566 and we will pass your request to our advertising contact. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
5. Return shipping costs
Where a return is made because the item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not as described, the merchant is normally responsible for return shipping. Where a return is made because you changed your mind, the merchant may deduct outbound or return shipping and any currency-conversion or customs costs already incurred. Canadian buyers should be aware that products may ship from outside Canada and that duties or taxes already paid may not be refundable by the carrier.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued by the merchant to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected, typically within 5 to 14 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit. Refunds are made in the currency of the original transaction; if that currency is not Canadian dollars, the amount you receive may differ from the amount you paid because of exchange-rate movement, and Lamb & Cooper is not responsible for that difference.
7. Faulty or damaged items
Report visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the packaging and the item. For faults appearing later, the manufacturer's limited warranty applies for one year from delivery and typically covers repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option. Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights you have under Canadian consumer protection legislation, including the applicable provincial consumer protection and business practices acts.
8. Cancelling before dispatch
Orders can often be cancelled at no cost before they are dispatched. Contact the merchant immediately with your order number. Once a parcel has left the warehouse the cancellation must be handled as a return.
